Jam of the Week (Oooh This Love Is So)

I was listening to something that reminded me of this song and decided it would be my jam of the week. It’s an oldie but hella goodie!

Song: Oooh This Love Is So
Artist: Al B. Sure
Album: In Effect Mode

Jam of the Week (Drunk Texting)

I love this song and I really did how Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko’s voices mesh together (although normally Jhene Aiko’s voice causes me to have mini convulsions). This song is DOPE!

Song: Drunk Texting
Artist: Chris Brown f. Jhene Aiko
Album: X

Jam of the Week: 1 Thing

I was recently updating my workout playlist with some assistance from my sissy and she suggested 1 Thing by Amerie. I’d forgotten just how dope this song is and thanks to my sister I was reintroduced to it. What a great song for the beginning of summer. Enjoy!

Song: 1 Thing
Artist: Amerie
Album: Touch

Jam of the Week (Good Kisser)

I love how Usher takes these long breaks and then comes back better than ever.  This song is everythang.  I love running to it, it’s a great summer time jam in the car and a perfect sexy 2 step in the club joint.  Love everything about it.  Enjoy!

Song: Good Kisser
Artist: Usher

Hi Friends! Mr. Grumps kindly reminded me last night that I’ve been a horrible blogger this month and I cannot disagree. In my defense this month has been a whirlwind and I just became a product of life getting in the way. But do not fret. I am back and with a vengeance…boy do I have some things to tell you guys.

Anyways, to start this off right here’s my jam of the week.

Artist: Bill Withers
Song: Lovely Day

Have a wonderful week!

Jam of the Week (Hurt You)

I don’t know about you but I’m so happy to see Babyface and Toni Braxton making music again.  Maybe all is not lost in the music world and everything isn’t about ratchet music.  I love this song/concept and I’ll be sure to download this album when it comes out.

Song: Hurt You

Album: Love, Marriage & Divorce

Artist: Toni Braxton & Kenneth Babyface Edmonds
